Why should Android have all the fun?

The lack of animated wallpapers in versions of the Microsoft Windows Operating System is frankly appalling. Windows XP implemented the ability to set animated images as a wallpaper background. But this is even better. By injecting a library into the core systems of Windows, we were successfully able to create a direct3d hook that allows for extensibility far beyond that of mere animated images, including video, dynamically generated graphics, and even the ability to interact with the wallpaper.
